How often does our company come out?

Most of our customers prefer service once a week. Other service schedules are available; if you are interested in service more or less often, please call us.

What happens when it snows or rains?

We will work in most weather, but snow or extremely cold weather may stop us. If there is snow we will postpone that days service until the snow melts away. If there is so much snow that it prevents us from doing that week’s work, then we will not charge for service that week and will resume the following week. If snow stays on the ground for more than a week, but there is no new snow to cover it, we will do regular cleanups to prevent excessive accumulation.

We will continue service in the case of light rainfall, but heavy downpours and lightning will stop us. In most cases we will be able to make up the work within the same week.

What about holidays?

We do not work on the following days:

  1. New Years Day
  2. Memorial Day
  3. Independence day
  4. Labor Day
  5. Thanksgiving Day
  6. Day after Thanksgiving
  7. Christmas Eve
  8. Christmas Day

A work schedule will be sent to you with your invoice if a holiday falls on your regular service day. Service will return to the regular day the following week.

Should I unlock my gate?

Yes. Employees are not to climb or jump over fences, please have your gate unlocked on your service day. You may provide us with a key to the lock or tell us the combination if that is more convenient for you.

Can we work with your dog in the yard?

In most cases yes. We get along with dogs; however, there are some cases where a dog won’t let us into the yard. If you know your dog is not good with strangers, or if your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we ask that you restrain or confine them. We don’t want to take any risks with your pet or our employees.

What if I want to skip a service day?

You will not be charged if you call us in time to tell your service rep to skip your yard for that day. If the dog will be gone from the yard for an extended period of time, contact us and we can put your service on hold so you will not be charged for those days.

There will be no charge for service missed due to weather or some other event beyond your control.

HOWEVER, if your gate is locked or the dog will not allow us to clean the yard when we come to do the work, it may be necessary to charge for the service call that could not be completed. For example, if you get to work and remember that the gate is locked, call us early to tell us to skip that day so you will not be charged.

How do I pay you?

There is a twenty dollar first-time cleanup fee.  For continued service we ask you have a check for us weekly or you may pay in advancae monthly, quarterly, every six months, or yearly.

Are there any contracts I have to sign?

No. We can start and stop your service over the phone. There is no minimum service period and no advance notice is required to cancel service.

Is it possible to get a one-time-only service?

Yes. One-time-only or short-term service can be easily arranged.
