Commercial jobs require a contract agreement and a retainer fee no later than two weeks prior to the service date.

To determine commercial rates it will be necessary for us to visit the area(s) to be cleaned before an accurate estimate can be provided.

Extremely severe snowstorms or rainstorms will stop us. If we are not able to come because of weather, we will come the next week.

If you are going out of town and don't need our service, please let us know at least one day before you would like to stop service. We will restart your service when you get back.

Anywhere your dog can go, we go. We love animals and will work with dogs in the yard. However, sometimes dogs can be extremely inquisitive, or aggressive, thus making it difficult for us to work. In these cases we may ask that you bring your dog inside while we work.

It is not necessary for you to be home when we clean your yard, however, if your gate is locked you must make special arrangements with us for that day.

There is usually an extra charge for the first cleaning if there has been an excessive amount of accumulation.
